- Additionally, we inspect the property, recommend improvements to its presentation, and take high-quality photographs to attract suitable tenants and speed up the rental process.

Our approach to finding quality tenants quickly has earned us a strong reputation. We combine traditional advertising, a professional network, and social media to attract and secure the best tenants. We advertise on major property websites such as Daft, Rent.ie, and myhome2let.ie, and also use retail shops and newspapers when appropriate.
Furthermore, we maintain an extensive database of vetted tenants and use Mailchimp to connect with them. We have established relationships with Irish Relocation Agencies and major companies that employ oversea professional staff, which allows us to notify them weekly of available properties. We usually have a waiting list of these tenants seeking suitable properties. Our strong relationships with the HR departments of these companies make us their first point of contact.
Rent Negotiation
- Our service includes negotiating rent on behalf of landlords, with the goal of achieving the highest possible rent while also ensuring that the price remains sustainable for tenants, which helps to minimise turnovers.
Viewings
- Ensuring a successful tenancy depends not only on tenants’ ability to pay rent, but also on their suitability. To vet potential tenants thoroughly, we obtain work references (verified by phone), current/previous landlord references (verified by phone), bank references, passport information, PPS numbers, and conduct PRTB register checks.
- Additionally, we review their LinkedIn profiles and social media presence to gain a better understanding of their backgrounds and interests.
